The Ghana football fraternity has been greeted with the sad news of the death of former Black Stars striker Manuel Junior Agogo.
The ex-Ghana striker and 2008 Africa Cup of Nations poster boy passed on at the age of 40.
The former Zamalek player passed in London on Thursday morning after battling with a protracted illness.
Agogo was hospitalized in 2015 after suffering stroke which debilitated him.
He was remembered for his eye-catching performances for the Black Stars during the 2008 Nations Cup on home soil.
Agogo also played for Nottingham Forest in England.
